Job summary

Virtual Teammate is seeking a thoughtful VA Success Manager to guide virtual assistants through onboarding, healthcare-focused training, and ongoing coaching. You will help VAs meet client expectations, maintain high standards of remote work, and balance empathy with accountability.

In this role you will partner with Client Success, Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership to drive readiness, performance improvements, and retention across healthcare-adjacent placements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, coaching, training, or managing Virtual Assistants or remote teams.
• Healthcare, dental, medical, or healthcare-adjacent training experience required.
• Ability to coach remote team members and identify performance risks early.
• Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and accountability in sensitive environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard VA batches and prepare them for client placement.
• Conduct pre-start onboarding to set expectations before client work.
• Run readiness and development training for VAs.
• Provide healthcare training on communication standards and privacy.
• Validate VA engagement before placement and maintain role clarity.
• Coach VAs through performance, attendance, and accountability concerns.
• Monitor engagement, health, and retention risk; escalate when needed.
• Partner with Client Success, Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership to improve outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and provide monthly VA status updates to leadership.
