Qualifications

• 60 hours of general college coursework with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Initial review and analysis of transaction submissions, including reviewing financial statements, business operational information, and purchase agreements.
• Assess transaction risks and prepare preliminary terms for policy indications.
• Assist Underwriters in managing deal pipeline, including electronic underwriting files, producing indications, coordinating due diligence, and preparing policies for issuance.
• Attend marketing events, business development events, and group strategy sessions.
