Responsibilities

• Initial review and analysis of transaction submissions, including financial statements, business information, and purchase agreements.
• Assess transaction risks and prepare preliminary terms for policy indications.
• Assist Underwriters in managing deal pipeline and electronic underwriting files, produce indications, coordinate due diligence with outside counsel and accountants, and prepare policies for issuance.
• Attend marketing events, business development events, and group strategy sessions.
