Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC in New York/Chicago seeks a Lead Healthcare Claims Assistant to manage intake flow and support claims operations. You will set up files, perform data entry, file acknowledgments, and triage notices, while drafting correspondence and assisting team members.

Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare or casualty claims preferred; high school or GED required with college preferred and adjuster license

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college preferred.
• Adjuster license preferred.
• Healthcare or casualty claims experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims intake email inbox and triage notices.
• Set up claim files with data entry and electronic filing.
• Book bordereaux data and respond to loss run requests.
• Draft, prepare, and process various correspondence.
• Assist other claims staff and perform general clerical duties.
