Astera seeks a Triage Secretary in a hybrid healthcare setting serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania patients. You will schedule patients, coordinate care with physicians and facilities, and support home infusion services. Training will occur in East Brunswick for about 90 days.

The role involves handling calls, managing lab/test results, processing authorizations for narcotics, and ensuring HIPAA privacy along with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment (computer, fax, copier, telephone skills) required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls promptly and manage voicemails.
• Call patients for lab and test results as requested by MDs.
• Process paperwork and faxes from Triage in a timely manner.
