Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with NJ RN license and BLS.
• 2–5 years of nurse triage experience in healthcare/ambulatory settings.
• Ability to determine appropriate disposition using assessment skills and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Triage health concerns via telephone and online access.
• Provide nursing advice and information using established guidelines.
• Prioritize calls based on clinical acuity and manage workflow under stress.
