Job summary

MorseLife Health System is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee daily operations of the Transportation Department across multiple locations. The role focuses on safety, training, compliance, and staff development to ensure reliable services for residents, participants, and staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management experience and 3–5 years in transportation or logistics, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in general studies, business management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with the elderly or frail.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Transportation Department across locations.
• Supervise Drivers and lead safety and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Develop and deliver training for transportation personnel and Designated Aides.
• Travel regularly between locations to oversee operations and train staff.
• Prepare reports on performance, training completion, and compliance.
