Responsibilities

Coordinate medical and non-medical transports with hospital staff and dispatch centers.
Review and ensure required paperwork is complete for each transport.
Communicate patient transport details to physicians, nursing staff, and transport teams.
Coordinate ambulance/CCT resources to meet discharge needs and minimize delays.
Provide information about transportation services to facilities and staff.
Verify billing information and assist with related inquiries.
Serve as liaison between GMR/AMR and healthcare facilities.
