Job summary

REMSA Health seeks a Transport Coordinator to schedule non-emergent transports, enter data into the CAD system, and coordinate with hospitals, EMS, and families. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to work various shifts.

You will support patient care logistics, maintain records, and participate in process improvements across departments and agencies. This is a full-time, on-site position in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• Ability to build collaborative partnerships in a high-paced environment.
• Typing 30 wpm and basic computer skills for verification tasks.
• Clear communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, coordinate and schedule non-emergent transports.
• Input information accurately into CAD system and maintain records.
• Coordinate with agencies, hospitals, and families for seamless transport.
• Handle service requests courteously and document follow-up actions.
• Maintain familiarity with policies and procedures; participate in drills.
