Job summary

Penn Health-Tech, the University of Pennsylvania’s central hub for health technology innovation, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team. You will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of activities across our portfolio, coordinating events and programs with researchers, clinicians, and engineers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independent work capability in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or equivalent.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders, students, and leaders.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute program logistics and operations for education programs and community engagement events.
Coordinate scheduling, space, catering, speaker and stakeholder coordination, and program records.
Support applicant processes for recruitment and Call for Proposals cycles; assist with data collection and KPI reporting.
Develop SOPs and roadmaps to ensure smooth execution and scalability of programs.
Establish relationships across campus and regional ecosystem to support Penn Health-Tech programs.
