Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• At least 1 year of Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target healthcare companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
• Mentor and develop team members within the advisory group.
