Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager to join our Health Care Transaction Advisory Service within the Financial Advisory Services team. You will perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, deliver quality earnings analysis, and advise clients on complex financial needs, working closely with firm leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• At least 1 year in Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
• Health care industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA certification preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and quality of earnings reports prep.
• Research and financial analysis of target healthcare companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Client communications to ensure exceptional service.
• Support firm marketing and recruiting activities.
• Grow within the transaction advisory services group.
• Develop relationships with clients and the community.
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
• Mentor and develop team members.
