Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager to join the Health Care Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services group. You will provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and advisory services, working with firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service and grow the business.

You will research target companies in health care, gather data for earnings reports, and lead analyses while developing relationships with clients and across teams.

Qualifications

• Gather data and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies, especially in health care.
• Perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely, high-quality service.
