8+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
Progression in Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence preferred.
CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform data gathering and quality of earnings analyses.
Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
Lead due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Communicate findings and deliver exceptional client service.
Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
Support career development and team growth within the group.
Network with clients and professionals to build relationships.
Contribute to firm learning programs and mentorship.
