Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• At least 1 year of Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and quality of earnings reports preparation.
• Research and financial analysis of healthcare target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
• Opportunities for career development within Transaction Advisory Services.
• Network internally and with clients to build relationships.
• Support firm-wide learning and development programs.
• Mentor and develop team members as part of Baker Tilly Care and Teach.
