Job summary

Curant Health Georgia LLC is seeking a Training Specialist in Smyrna, GA to design, deliver and optimize onboarding and ongoing staff education. You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to translate complex pharmacy and clinical processes into learner-friendly modules.

Responsibilities include creating materials, facilitating sessions, and maintaining records while staying current with Curant Health practices and technologies. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in the relevant field.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Pharmacy Technician license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with electronic learning management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with department leadership to identify training gaps.
• Design and deliver onboarding education for staff at all levels/roles.
• Create and maintain training materials ( guides, work instructions, PPTs, eLearning modules).
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions using various methods.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance and outcomes.
