Responsibilities

• Transfer prescriptions and coordinate with physicians and providers.
• Manage manufacturer recalls and product backorders.
• Maintain patient records including allergies and medical conditions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and continuing education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care quality.
