The role requires collaboration with physicians, medical assistants, and patient service staff, plus travel to facilities to implement programs and stay current with ECW updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical setting (Front Desk, Medical Assisting)
• ECW software experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Training: conduct in-person, module, and hands-on training sessions for clinic staff and physicians.
• Needs Assessment: identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs.
• Compliance: ensure training adheres to healthcare regulations and policies.
• Evaluation: gather feedback and measure training impact.
• Documentation: maintain records of attendance and outcomes; provide reports to management.
• Collaboration: work with department heads and staff to customize programs.
• Technology Utilization: use ECW, VR, and e-learning tools to enhance delivery.
• Stay Informed: communicate updates in ECW to users.
• Travel: willing to travel to CLS Health locations as needed.
