Job summary

MyPath in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Trainer to work with Direct Support Professionals and other staff. The Trainer delivers regulatory and job-related trainings, prepares materials, and maintains a comfortable training area. The role requires a bachelor's degree in education/HR/communications, prior training experience (healthcare preferred), and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Training in homecare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Previous training experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in homecare training is a plus.
• Must be flexible, autonomous, responsive with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for employees across in-person, video conference, and other media.
• Develop and align training curriculum with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare training materials and maintain training area.
• Deliver engaging trainings with accuracy and quality.
• Track attendance, registrations and certificates of completion.
• Recommend improvements to curricula and delivery to close gaps.
