Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is seeking a Training and Experience Coordinator in the Metro Atlanta area. This role supports the development, coordination, and delivery of training and onboarding for staff, with a focus on non-licensed personnel, to promote consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a trainer, educator, preceptor, Medical Assistant, Health Center Associate, or similar healthcare operations role required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and similar software.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), patient registration, patient intake, insurance verification, patient education, and CLIA-waived laboratory testing preferred.

Mansioni

• Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training in compliance with state, federal, PPFA, and other requirements.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) with HR.
• Monitor learner progress and onboarding materials and ensure completion of trainings.
• Observe and sign off on new skills using the PPSE manuals and checklists.
• Monitor patient feedback and help develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Serve as primary in-field trainer for HCAs and MAs with hands-on coaching and competency validation.
• Train on EHR documentation, patient registration, intake, and patient education.
• Instruct on front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and revenue cycle workflows.
