Job summary

Planned Parenthood Southeast is seeking a Training and Experience Coordinator in the Metro Atlanta area. The role supports the Director of Training and Patient Experience by developing and delivering training programs for non-licensed staff across clinical and administrative areas.

Responsibilities include new employee orientation, onboarding, competency development, and ongoing staff education to promote quality and operational excellence in health centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and delivery of trainings to ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
• Lead New Employee Orientation in partnership with HR.
• Track employee progress and onboarding materials to ensure completion of trainings.
• Observe and sign off on staff competency per PPSE manuals and checklists.
• Monitor patient feedback and assist in action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Serve as in-field trainer for HCAs and MAs with hands-on coaching and mentoring.
• Train on EHR documentation, patient intake, and front desk workflows.
• Provide guidance on CLIA-waived testing and specimen collection as allowed.
• Conduct observations, audits, and coaching for quality and adherence to policies.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate with leadership on corrective plans.
• Perform HCA/MA duties as needed to support operations.
