Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training for staff across clinical and administrative areas.
• Lead New Employee Orientation in partnership with HR.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion of onboarding and training materials.
• Provide hands-on training and competency validation for staff.
• Support accreditation activities and major organizational initiatives requiring training.
