Job summary

Planned Parenthood Southeast in Marietta, GA is seeking a Health Center Associate I to support clinicians and staff across front office and clinical tasks. The role involves patient check-in, data entry, lab support, and patient education under supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in healthcare, EHR experience, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Abortion/family planning experience and CMA/Surgical Tech/LPN credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in sexual and reproductive health.
• Electronic Health Record experience is required.
• Abortion and family planning experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front office tasks: reception setup/closure, greet patients, check-in, data entry, tracking, charges and payments.
• Back office tasks: patient counseling, explain tests, obtain consent, assist clinicians, prepare rooms, collect vitals and documentation.
• Maintain lab areas, equipment, and quality control records.
• Support clinical workflow and patient experience.
