Job summary

Beverly Farm Foundation is seeking a Staff Training Facilitator in Godfrey, IL to co-deliver comprehensive employee training that supports high-quality, person-centered care. The role focuses on implementing training to enhance employee skills, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain organizational standards of excellence.

The successful candidate will manage training logistics, maintain accurate training records, track certifications, and provide documentation for regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in training, professional development, or education.
• Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Delivering technical or skills-based training.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate training records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions using established curricula and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee training files to ensure compliance.
• Track certifications and schedule recertifications.
• Submit DSP and QIDP certification packets per regulatory requirements.
• Generate monthly reports detailing training completion and gaps.
