Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Training Facilitator to support our care-at-home platform. The role focuses on delivering effective training programs, coaching learners, and ensuring training aligns with real-world operations to improve patient and caregiver experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in training/facilitation, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment. College degree is preferred and healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years of training and facilitation experience.
  • Experience coaching and giving performance feedback in a training setting.
  • Healthcare experience in pharmacy, hospice, DME, managed care, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer assessments to measure knowledge, progress, and training effectiveness.
  • Gather frontline feedback and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, and customer experience.
  • Stay connected to day-to-day operations so training remains practical and relevant.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to help learners build confidence and improve performance.
  • Coordinate training schedules with Recruiting, Customer Care, and other key partners.
  • Help align training materials with current processes and business needs.

What we look for
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of training and facilitation experience.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging training methods, tools, and delivery techniques.
  • Experience providing coaching and performance feedback, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Healthcare experience within pharmacy, hospice, durable medical equipment, managed care, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • A proactive, organized, and self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
