Job summary

S.C. Department of Public Health is seeking a Training Supervisor in Healthcare Quality to oversee training programs across facilities regulated by HQ.

You will lead staff, design and execute learning initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and effectiveness. The role requires supervisory experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong LMS and instructional design skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree and relevant training and development experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin/Public Health and teaching experience.
• Strong LMS administration skills and ability to develop/train materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff within Healthcare Quality's Training Section and lead development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
• Coordinate community training events with internal and external partners and monitor staff trainings.
• Serve as backup to leadership and assist with inspections, disaster preparedness, and investigations.
