South Carolina Department of Public Health seeks a Supervisory Training Lead to guide the Healthcare Quality Training Section, develop and evaluate training programs, and coordinate eLearning initiatives. You will work with internal and external partners to plan community training events and ensure staff meet training requirements.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree with related training experience and at least two years of supervisory experience; SMQT certification is needed.

A bachelor's degree and relevant training and development experience.
Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Must be able to obtain Surveyor Minimum Qualification Test (SMQT) Certification.

A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration, and teaching experience. Instructional design experience and project management experience. Strong Learning Management System (LMS) administration skills to include developing, maintaining, and delivering training content. Knowledge of adult learning and ability to accommodate diverse learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning modalities).
