SOL Mental Health is hiring an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager in Manhattan, NY with a remote + field-based setup. The role offers on-target earnings of $125,000+ (base $75K with uncapped bonuses) and a pathway to rapid career growth, mentorship from healthcare leaders, and a growing national team.

You will build referral partnerships with providers, expand patient access to mental health services, and drive market growth across your territory, spending 4–5 days in

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in sales or relationship-focused roles.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care.
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities.
