Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to grow a defined territory and referral network.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned local territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to increase referrals and new patient opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new sources of referrals and business development opportunities.
• Conduct in-person outreach, meetings, and presentations with partners.
• Represent local practices at community events and market-facing activities.
• Collaborate with doctors and leadership to convert referrals into consultations.
• Track activity, referral trends, and performance to inform strategy.
• Provide regular updates to practice and regional leadership on territory status.
• Work with marketing to enhance local brand presence and community engagement.
• Maintain field presence and manage travel, appointments, and priorities.
