The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, advise on privacy laws, and manage transactions independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and Bar admission.
• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data security laws for health care.
• Manage transactions independently with the team and clients.
• Provide guidance on health tech and AI matters.
