BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (4–8 years) to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Madison, WI. The attorney will focus on technology transactions in the health care and life sciences sectors.

The role involves drafting and negotiating technology agreements, advising on privacy laws, and managing transactions with senior attorneys and clients. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Experience with health technology and artificial intelligence matters preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
