Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 4-8 years’ experience to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group. The candidate will focus on technology transactions in health care and life sciences sectors, drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Ideal candidates have strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage transactions independently and collaborate with teams across the health tech

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Experience in health care and life sciences sectors preferred.
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction; active member in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate software and SaaS agreements.
• Handle data licensing, cloud services, and professional services agreements.
• Advise on collaboration agreements and digital health products.
• Provide guidance on privacy and data security laws in health tech.
• Negotiate BAAs and data protection provisions.
