The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate software, SaaS, data licensing, cloud services, and professional services agreements, and advise on AI health tech matters and data protection provisions.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active Bar admission in the jurisdiction where hired.
- Excellent academic credentials, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including software and SaaS agreements.
- Handle data licensing and use agreements, cloud services agreements, and professional services agreements.
- Engage in strategic collaboration agreements and agreements involving digital health products and services.
- Advise on health technology and artificial intelligence matters.
- Negotiate business associate agreements and data protection provisions.
