Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead healthcare technology initiatives in a hybrid Newtown Square, PA setting.

You will bridge business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering, data, and operations to deliver value using Agile methods and Azure DevOps. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing requirements, and ensuring regulatory alignment with HEDIS, CMS, and data governance goals.

Formación

• Experience leading healthcare technology projects through SDLC.
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, data, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Identify dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown metrics, and release readiness.
• Ensure user stories contain clear acceptance criteria, business value, and traceability.
• Partner with healthcare leaders to translate objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Support initiatives involving payer systems, data exchanges, regulatory reporting, and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria.
• Oversee testing, deployment planning, production readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports.
