Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support healthcare technology and data integration projects. This fully remote role requires a background in Business Analysis or Technical Project Management with hands-on HL7 experience.

The TPM will lead cross-functional teams, document requirements, and manage the Agile lifecycle from sprint planning through delivery, ensuring successful healthcare data integrations and releases.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Hands-on HL7 experience.
• Healthcare technology or healthcare data experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects from requirements through completion.

This role will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage projects from requirements gathering through sprint delivery and completion. The ideal candidate will have a Business Analyst or Technical Project Management background, healthcare experience, and hands-on experience with HL7.

Key Responsibilities of the TPM:

• Lead and coordinate technical projects across cross-functional teams
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
• Manage Jira tickets and project status throughout the Agile/Scrum lifecycle
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
