Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Aptitude Project Manager 2 (Low Voltage) in Santa Rita to lead technology integration on complex construction projects, driving constructability reviews, estimates and project delivery.

This role requires 8+ years IT/security/Life Safety experience and 5+ years of project management, with strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills, plus travel and non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field (Required).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts meeting standards.
• Provide technical expertise for design assist, installation, and network integration.
• Create technology scopes of work and responsibility matrices.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing for budgets or bids.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections for assigned projects.
• Lead Aptitude processes and standards and mentor staff.
• Drive project delivery to achieve financial, quality and performance goals.
• Develop project plans and schedules to meet objectives.
• Communicate and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
