Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage programs that support employee growth and internal mobility. This grant-funded role reports to the Director of Workforce Development and collaborates with leaders, educational partners, and community groups.

You will build apprenticeships, career pathways, ESOL and upskilling initiatives, while developing dashboards and reports to guide program improvements.

Competenze

• Required bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years in workforce development or related field.
• Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized career coaching and guidance for professional growth.
• Develop and manage workforce development programs including apprenticeships and career pathways.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support internal mobility and retention.
• Assess needs, identify gaps, and support talent pipeline requirements for critical roles.
• Coordinate apprenticeship programs with coaching and progress monitoring.
• Build partnerships with colleges, universities and community organizations.
