Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years in workforce development or related HR functions.
• Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with data-driven program evaluation.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Workday and analytics tools.
• Professional certifications such as CWDP or PHR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and guidance to employees pursuing growth, education, certifications, and internal opportunities.
• Develop and manage workforce development programs, including apprenticeships, career pathways, and ESOL initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and leaders to support internal mobility and retention strategies.
• Assess workforce development needs and identify capability gaps and pipeline requirements for critical roles.
• Coordinate apprenticeship programs, coaching, progress monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build partnerships with colleges, universities, workforce agencies, and educational vendors.
• Support student pipeline programs, internships, and career exploration activities.
• Analyze workforce development metrics and create dashboards, reports, and presentations for decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, orientations, and career development sessions for employees, leaders, students, and partners.
• Represent SNH Health at workforce development events and community initiatives.
