• Ability to leverage HR technology and data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise talent framework aligning planning, recruitment, development, performance, succession, and retention.
• Lead the HR Business Partner function and align HR resources with strategic priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and change management.
• Coach leaders in organizational effectiveness and leadership practices.
• Develop enterprise leadership development strategy and succession planning.
