Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Talent Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on candidate experience, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation. You will partner with hiring managers to drive interview best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will build talent pipelines, use social media sourcing, manage vacancy data, and collaborate with HR leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced health system environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience in high-volume roles.
• Experience using applicant-tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive Recruitment Process: Build expert strategies to attract high-quality talent and advise on screening and offers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use ATS, social platforms, networking, and events to engage candidates with a focus on diverse pipelines.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct screens, interviews, and evaluations; provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Market Knowledge: Leverage workforce data to inform recruitment strategies for healthcare.
• Vacancy Management: Maintain accurate vacancy data for reporting.
• Collaboration: Partner with managers and HR leaders to align hiring with business goals.
• Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and prospective candidates.
• Decision Making: Make informed recommendations for complex problems.
• Problem Solving: Analyze data to identify insights and propose solutions.
• Uphold Recruitment Standards: Ensure quality recruitment activities and SLA adherence.
• Compliance: Adhere to EEOC and regulatory requirements; document activity in ATS.
• Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training.
• Hiring Events: Represent BILH at events and track ROI.
