Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in HR, recruitment coordination, or operations; healthcare or corporate environment preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling and complex calendar coordination.
• Experience supporting virtual interviews and troubleshooting technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-volume scheduling for executives, candidates, and recruiting teams across time zones.
• Coordinate multi-step, multi-stakeholder interview processes and travel logistics.
• Develop and distribute interview itineraries, prepare materials, and calibrate feedback.
• Administer virtual interview platforms (Teams/Zoom) and troubleshoot in real time.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reporting tools with high accuracy.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on recruitment activity and expenses.
• Process financial transactions including POs, invoices, and reimbursements; support budget monitoring.
