Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the employment process for the hospital and related corporations.
• Works with department leaders to fill vacancies and onboard new hires.
• Maintains employment software to enable applicant tracking and onboarding.
• Trains managers on employment software and hiring processes.
• Supports Workforce Development with recruitment programs.
• Administers HR plans and procedures while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborates with HR leadership to align department goals with the system's strategic direction.
• Keeps abreast of laws, standards, and regulations affecting employment practices.
• Participates in HR meetings, special projects, and policy development.
