Memorial Health System seeks a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for the hospital and its related corporations. You will partner with department leaders to fill vacancies and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Responsibilities include maintaining applicant tracking, training managers on hiring processes, and supporting workforce development programs. The role emphasizes confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in human resource or a related field.
• Will consider high school diploma with minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably in a human resource department.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the employment process for the hospital and related corporations.
• Works with department leaders to fill vacancies.
• Maintains employment software to ensure applicants can apply and new hires onboard.
• Trains managers/supervisors on employment software and hiring processes.
• Supports Workforce Development with recruitment programs.
• Administers HR plans and procedures for hospital and system employees; assists in development of policies.
