Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Florida to lead full cycle recruitment across our home health teams. You will partner with hiring managers, source, interview, assess, and extend offers while guiding candidates through onboarding and integration into IHCS culture.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor's in Business or HR, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS (UKG a plus) and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Human Resources or equivalent staffing and recruiting experience.
• Three to five years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS - ATS, UKG a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Graphic design a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full cycle recruitment function, partnering with hiring managers to determine needs and attract top talent.
• Engage, interview, assess, select, and negotiate offers; guide candidates through onboarding and internal placements.
• Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs, college campuses, and other events.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline using creative sourcing methods and technology; collaborate with stakeholders for a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
