Job summary

The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist at SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ENT MSO LLC in Hawthorne (Southbay) will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational roles across multiple locations and partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals.

They will own the onboarding process, coordinate pre-employment checks, HRIS onboarding, orientation, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees while supporting broader HR initiatives and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience.
• Healthcare or multi-site recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting Medical Assistants or front-office healthcare staff is highly desirable.
• Experience managing candidates through recruitment and onboarding is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
• Proactively source qualified candidates and maintain pipelines.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Prepare and coordinate employment offers with HR leadership.
• Maintain recruiting records and provide updates on open positions and time-to-fill.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Own the onboarding experience, including background checks, credentials, and pre-employment requirements.
• Initiate and monitor HRIS onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Ensure timely completion of employment documentation and start-date readiness.
• Support broader HR operations and compliance across multiple locations.
