Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in talent acquisition, including leadership or supervision.
• Proven success building recruitment strategies in healthcare.
• Experience implementing TA tech, AI tools, and digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and staff.
• Build and execute recruitment strategies across departments.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and data to improve sourcing and time-to-hire.
• Optimize ATS/CRM and digital marketing to boost funnel performance.
• Partner with Marketing to improve employer brand and campaigns.
• Use data to guide decisions, track KPIs, and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, including leadership positions.
