Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a Systems Training Specialist II to lead training on proprietary software and data for associates at the corporate office and field sites, with travel up to 60% across the US. You will develop curriculum, maintain materials, and partner with IT and operations to ensure effective training delivery in webinars and in-field environments.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of software training experience, with strong instructional design skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering software or application training.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, backward design, learning objectives).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led classroom and web-based learning for associates.
• Support new customer implementations and field training.
• Gather feedback via surveys, assessments, and checklists.
• Manage monthly new associate CORE training scheduling and materials.
• Maintain training environments and defect tickets.
• Collaborate with internal departments and report on training outcomes.
• Lead or participate in initiative projects.
