Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• 0-2 years of prior sales or sales support experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated record of performance and achievement in academic or professional settings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospital staff on reprocessing program benefits.
• Assist the Regional Manager and Strategic Sales team by identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide in-service training across multiple shifts.
• Evaluate device usage and collection trends to maximize engagement and sales potential.
• Foster relationships with key decision-makers and provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program rollout and contract execution.
• Track collection compliance, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a single point of contact for resolving customer concerns and driving program improvements.
