Job summary

Lahey Clinic is seeking a Pharmacy Materials Handler to join the CPD team in our Massachusetts facilities. Under supervision, you will process supply requisitions, check inventory, pick orders, stock carts, and deliver supplies to hospital departments and ambulatory clinics.

Responsibilities include completing Pyxis supply station refills, verifying Value Link deliveries, performing cycle counts, replenishing carts, and delivering requests promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• One year related experience in healthcare or inventory setting.
• Ability to read and communicate routine information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Refill Pyxis Supply station and stock assigned areas.
• Verify goods on Value Link deliveries and CPD materials.
• Perform cycle counts on Pyxis stations.
• Inventory par level carts with handheld PDA.
• Proper put-away including inspection of outdated material and recalls.
• Deliver call-down requests within 20 minutes unless stat is required.
