Job summary

UofL Health is seeking a Supply Chain Tech I to assist the Supply Chain Supervisor in organizing and maintaining all supply rooms, delivering supplies, and maintaining par levels. This role supports inventory control, cycle counts, and basic system troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations and excellent service to our internal customers.

The position focuses on restocking, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with the team to meet facility supply needs.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum of Two (2) years Supply Chain related experience preferred.
• Team Management and/or Project Management preferred.
• Must keep abreast of current trends/changes related to technology within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supports accurate maintenance of the supply inventory.
• Daily restocking of shelves.
• Rotates inventory.
• Performs cycle counts or other inventories.
• Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory.
• Supports and maintains inventory level for Lawson Par locations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for inventory management systems.
• Maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
• Maintain professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA.
• Process shipment to stock or delivers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Basic Lawson functions.
• Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility.
• Assist in packing case carts as needed.
